Re: Game Crashing [Info Requested]

EA_Kent​ can we get an update on when the crashing problem will be fixed? It’s been almost a month that this has been a problem and absolutely nothing has been done about it. I deserve to be able to play the game that I paid for but no, I haven’t finished a single dynasty game without a crash. I play on Xbox and my user is For Chung. Can we please get a timeline or even the littlest bit of information on this problem?
