Crashing constantly on ps5, contacted EA and no fix

Has anyone else’s cfb 26 been crashing multiple times when you try and play the game, it just freezes and continues after all the troubleshooting and everything. This happened a lot for me near the end of cfb 25 and now has continued into 26 and EA have given me no answers when I contacted them, there’s nothing we can do is what they said, at what point do you think customer satisfaction is a priority
