Re: Crashing Xbox Series X
Please, can someone from EA at least acknowledge this issue is noted and being investigated? For the past week, I have been unable to complete a single game of CFB 26 (paid for early access deluxe edition). Across all game modes; RTG, Ultimate team, Online/offline dynasty, my game completely crashes/hard resets my Xbox Series X console. I have tried every single method to fix this, including clearing cache, unplugging/plugging back in, uninstalling/reinstalling the game. The game is completely unplayable.
Your file size limit prevents me from including my recorded video below this post of what is happening, but I have posted it across all social media platforms, and nobody from EA or Microsoft is willing to even comment/acknowledge this issue is known. Microsoft also declined my refund, so what am I supposed to do?
