Crashing on PS5

The farthest I got was one drive before I punted before it froze. It freezes every single time I try to play the game even in the menu to pick the teams. This is beyond ridiculous. Most of the time I can't even get one play in before it freezes. It's unplayable. Can we get a refund? Any talk of a patch to fix this?
