Defensive stunts not working

I’m playing on PS5 and when I play offline I can use defensive stunts with no issue. However, in dynasty and play a friend online the stunts do not work from the play select screen. I can add one at the line but the stunts are limited to 4 options and half the line. Is anyone else having this issue and can we get this fixed.
