Deluxe Addition content not showing up

Recently purchased the deluxe addition of College Football2.

I loaded into Dynasty mode and didnt get my 100 credits towards my coach upgrades and im also not seeing any CUT rewards.

Is there something i have to do to active those? I was already on a call with PSN support for 30 minutes an he made sure the right game was on my account. He said i need to contact EA, but the support page is GOD AWFUL.

Anyone else experiencing this?

"All CUT player items are non-auctionable and non-tradeable. CUT items may also require logging into the CUT in-game store. Some content may require gameplay to unlock. Access to content may require registration with a single-use code. Consult your retailer for distribution details."
