I was having this problem with a DT lining up as a receiver in one specific formation where I had assigned the receivers via formation subs. I went into formation subs and switched that receiver spot to a different receiver, then switched it back to the one I wanted, and it stopped doing it. No idea if that is what fixed it or not, but it hasn't happened since.
