Dynasty Coach Point Problem

I purchased the deluxe edition and no matter how many times I try to start a new dynasty my coach points will not appear. I’m not trying to exploit the glitch. I purchased the game post glitch, but I was still hoping to get my 100 coach points to begin the dynasty. Anyone have a fix for this problem?
