Dynasty crashing doing the games

I've tried everything to fix the game crashing. I've clear saved data. I've did multiple hard resets. I've switched from offline to the cloud. I've uninstalled and reinstalled. What the hell I do have to stop from crash in the middle of every **bleep** game. Im almost to time of wanting a refund and be being done with ea football games.
