Dynasty issue?

When starting a new dynasty with Michigan after the update no recruits have a number one interest or most times not even number 2 to come to Michigan.  I have restarted 10 times and not once does a recruit Michigan as there top school. This was not happening prior to the update. I will be using other schools to check if the same thing is happening and will update if the same thing is happening
