Easy Fix Support makes much worse
I got BND from a bundle. So I messaged support, 1st person says no you didnt they're not BND ... like I dont know how to read or look at my screen. Second person says its a worldwide issue theyre working on it. OK cool. Didnt hear anything but 4 days later bought a completely different bundle. Message support, first guy is very condescending says I should've bought a "player bundle" absolutely arrogant throughout the conversation. Then says I should've gotten BND cards. At which point I ask for a supervisor. The reaction is to block my acct from help. Mind you I never flipped out or cussed, as I kept it respectful. So I use my other acct and identify who I am and what occurred. The guy says the cards are random you can't just pull what you want. I said I am aware of that but they shouldn't be BND when coming from a bundle. I ask for a refund on the problematic bundles or new packs with the proper nonBND cards. The reaction is I am unable to do that. So I ask for maybe an escalation to someone who may be able to do so upon discussion. He says I am the spokesman for EA ok but you obviously are unable to provide a remedy to the issue. His response? Block me from the EA Help too. What was a reasonable simple request has become much more due to the disrespect and absolute trash response and lack of any capacity from the support team.
