Empty Binder Screen

In UT I go to "My Team", then "Binder" and where is used to see all my players, there's.... nothing. All the rest of the screen is correct, but it's as if I have zero players. 

I want to sell off some lesser players, but I can't do it because I can't open anything in the binder!
