False loss on my gauntlet streak with friends

I was playing squads gauntlet with my friends in Cfb 26 when the game gave me a fake 0-0 L game when my friends had nothing like that pop up. This ended up costing me my gauntlet run when we lost once and now my friends are about to get our 10th win. We never played any game without all three of us I feel wronged by whatever happened and would like the proper compensation for this.
