Game crash out recorded as loss

I'm commissioner of a online dynasty. User game crashed out in the 3rd quarter, was recorded as a final score with the winning team given a loss. 

No way to reset or force a win for the user that actually won the game.  I  know this has been an issue since CFB25 but still an issue today. 

Needs to be fixed.
