Game crashes with 5 wide

Whatever update was just done, has made the game worse. All the stuff that was supposed to be fixed is now a problem. When I go 5 wide the game crashes and kicks me back to Xbox main screen. Also, there are only 4 wide, one is missing. As soon as I hike the ball, the game crashes. Also, any ETA on getting me the deluxe cover that I paid for? It’s been a month. Or can I get the $40 refunded for the basic version that I have?
