Game Crashing [Info Requested]

Still crashing as of last night. Nothing has changed. DONT believe the people who are claiming its fixed. They are probably the community managers with alt accounts trying to gaslight people into thinking their console is the problem. Every single other game works on my Series X. I refuse to buy a brand new 600$ dollar console for a game you neglect. I used to be an avid fan of college football, but I will never purchase another EA game again. We could deal with this issue if they’re was at least acknowledgement of the 19,000 people who’ve viewed this thread. Yet you continue to act like this thread doesn’t exist. It hasn’t changed, it hasn’t gotten better, and for all we know you aren’t even trying. I guarantee if Ultimate team had an issue that crashed the game every time we tried to make a purchase, it would be fixed within 2 hours. Thanks for ruining a beloved franchise for a second time.
