game still crashing after update on 8/6
last update 8/6 had over 100 fixes and adjustments and they don't fix the crashing problem. this is crazy. they really don't care. they do not care if they did it would be fixed.

They don't care. I've taken every reasonable and beyond reasonable step to fix the issue from my end. Full factory reset of the console, additional cooling even though the console never got even close to being too hot. Tried a brand new console to test it out. Nothing worked.
But EA_Kent and the rest of the lot don't care. Zero transparency about the issue, they have MORE than enough feedback and data collection to at least give us an update. If the issue can not be fixed, just admit it and at least offer up a refund.
