Game stuck on super sim

I’ve had this issue for a few days now. On my dynasty, I like to recruit and do all the other off the field stuff, and watch the games with slow super sim. Before the game, when the marching band plays, it gets stuck on the marching band sometimes, and I can’t press any buttons to get past it. I can see the band marching but it doesn’t stop. I have to shut the entire console down for it to reset. This has happened multiple times. There’s also been 2 different occasions where the same thing has happened. Before an extra point the game got stuck, and I could not press any buttons to get it unfrozen. I could see the fans moving, but it wouldn’t unfreeze until I shut down the console and had to play the game again. And this has happened before OT too. After the coin toss I could see the players wandering around , but it went on forever and there was nothing I could do about it. Please fix this EA, I’m begging you.
