How can I get my national championship packs

I was in my national championship game playing against this player when I started to notice a slight lag game went on with the lag till the 3rd quarter where I was eventually booted out of the game. When my internet came back I was being spam invited by this player and joined the party to have him tell me “I was to good and he had to get me out of there” I proceeded to ask if him if he ddos me which he confirmed and told me to cry about. It’s infuriating knowing he got natty packs by being a scum human hopefully ea support will actually work by banning scum like him. I’m sure if yall go back and look to you’ll see several games where he’s losing and wins. I would like to here back from you guys to let the community know you address players that cheat and don’t condone it
