This is so stupid how I keep getting the worst chatbot ever created that asks me the same three questions over and over again but I’m not finding any way to open a case with a simple click of the button.
What are the directions to open a freaking case?

can you help me please lol. i've posted everywhere for 2 months and haven't gotten any help. my game is super bugged, input delay, the qb cant move. i am not having fun
yea its so impossible, hopeless. i been havin issues with it since november, cant even enjoy it because the qb gets stuck and cant move, passes come out all high, defenders stop moving mid-pursuit. suckssss
Yeah its almost impossible to get help from ea anymore. Go to help to send in a request, they'll send you back here. Come here and put what issue you're having, you'll never get a response. And its a never ending cycle that a very few ever actually receive the help they ask for.
