How do I get help with being able to play College Football 26?

Almost one month into the game and we are still unable to play. I give it the old college try once a day now, haven’t been able to get through even one random game. 
I thought I would see some improvement but it’s honestly gotten worse. I’ve made it a whopping 4 games into a dynasty.
