I can't save my Dynasty in TeamBuilder

For PS5, no option to hit R3 to save my progress...this is clearly an error ( SHOCKER for EA to have errors, yes I know, lol ).

How can I get it to where I can manually save my progress?  I've seen this before but for the life of me can't remember what fixed it last time.
