In game presentation issues

When I load into a game in my online North Texas dynasty, it shows a low camera shot of the band standing still on the field. I have to hold A to advance it through and it just goes to the kickoff screen. When you normally see a huddle of your team before the games first play and it highlights a player, it is just a shot of my coach standing on the sideline with no voices. Also, during the game, when a penalty is called, the camera just shows the player that committed the penalty with a bunch of loud background talk from the players and it does not ever show a referee saying what the penalty is. I have to hold A to get it to advance through this as well. Any potential idea what is going on?
