Input lag and blocking AI

I've been having alot of issues when I'm the ball carrier or a defender when I use the right stick to make pass rush move or a juke my player just doesn't react. It's extremely frustrating as a defender when you try to get off a block and you can't. Also this is the worst blocking I've ever seen in a football game. I've lost count at how many times my blockers run right past the defender
