Issue with preorder code

I preordered the game from Walmart because I wanted the steelbook. In order for me to get the preorder bonuses, they sent me an email with a code to put in. Unfortunately, they sent me a code for an Xbox version of the game, while I have (and ordered the version for) a PS5. I already called Walmart's customer support line and they came back to me saying my only choice is to contact EA. So I submitted a support case, and EA tell me there's "no fix". I have emails proving I preordered the game and the 25 digit Xbox code. I'm just trying to get what I paid for, and at this point kicking up a storm here is about the only chance I have left. 

Any advice would be helpful, if there is another way to fix this.
