Lagging out Online Dynasty No Error Code

Hello! I am the commish of an 18 team league. 17 Xbox and 1 PlayStation user. One of my Xbox members is trying to play other users (as Purdue) and they are able to connect, but they are stuck at the loading screen after both parties hit confirm to play.

It will load and load and then kick them back out to the dynasty main page with no error message or anything. He’s tried to play with two different users and the same issue is happening. Unsure if there’s a glitch within the new update, or something that’s preventing the game from resuming, but wanted to throw the problem in here to see if it can be fixed via community or via EA. 

Last game (CFB 25), there was a glitch where certain teams couldn’t be played against. It was Texas Tech for us last season and it forced a user to have to leave the league (and lose all their coach points) and join as another school. Trying to avoid that at all costs.
