Lost Early Access Perks

So, I’m just like quite a bit of people in the sense that every time I launch this particular title & play a little bit of the game, it crashes. I tried getting in on the Ultimate Team Early Access challenges, but couldn’t even get through 1 without the game crashing my console. Not to mention the fact that I keep rebooting & trying again. When I hopped on today, I seen that the early access challenges have been removed, as well as the packs that came with early access as well. This is irritating beyond belief considering the same thing happened last year with 25 & I preordered both of them.
