My game won’t work

I can’t play my NCAA 26 at all!!! This been going on for about 3 weeks now

3 weeks? Welcome aboard. Been since week two after launch for me, so 3 months. Game sucks, the devs are lazy and don't care. They won't fix anything that doesn't involve microtransactions.
