Not refunded bid in auction in ultimate team

On 7/14/25  at approximately 8:15pm est I was bidding on 85ovr Nikhai Hill-Green. I started the auction with over 300k coins, I won the auction for 123,400. When the auction was over I had less than 100k remaining. For the last few bids I had to back out of the auction menu for it to reset my coin count. I shouldn't have had to do that because I started the auction bidding war with more than twice what I was willing to pay for the card. In the heat of the moment I didn't realize this until after. There were multiple bidders and during the end game auction frenzy I was not refunded one of my bids. The end result is I was charged roughly twice for the card.  I understand that when you put in a bid it holds onto those coins and you aren't refunded those coins until a 3rd bid is placed or if you back out of the auction menu and load back into the auction before 20 seconds run out. There must have been a glitch or something happened where I was not refunded one of the bids. I started with nearly 3 times the coins than what I paid for the card.  

Please help with this issue. I don't know how to report this directly to EA and make a complaint and ask for my coins back
