Play Count and sets count not working in custom playbook builder

When I try to make a new custom playbook the play count isn’t the same as the plays that are in the playbook resulting in issues when I try to add new plays. When I try to add a new plays to a formation it says they are added but when I switch formations and come back some of the plays that I have added get removed with the play count staying at the same number. I only had this formation and it says I had 37 plays when I only have 6. It also says I have 6 sets when I have only 1. Also, I figured out the play count is over by 31 plays (I tried removing all formations except one and when I did the count there always was 31 plays more in the play count than the real number of plays left.
