Player rating differs when entering Dynasty

I have one specific example, but assume this may be a wider issue for newer players recently updated in a recent patch.  Virginia has a player (J’Mari Taylor) who is rated as a 79 on the roster and was added in a recent update.  When you start a Dynasty, his rating drops to a 71.
