Powers off my console mid game

Im basically unable to play this game, extremely frustrating. About half of all games i try and play online my screen flashes green and the whole console powers off... so its impossible for me to ever progress. Honestly it might be dangerous for my system to even play this game. Xbox series x gt: viridianfrst

Is there any plan to patch this or should i attempt a refund and move on from EA forever? Insane to have a game perform so badly that im worried about it frying my console
