Additionally, I was requested to post on this forum by an EA "advisor" for the case number #220776400. They couldnt provide me with a receipt of the conversation, or any sort of expected timeline for follow-up before I should reach out again. Is this really how customer service is handled? Im kind of exasperated by the whole interaction and half a mind to request a refund given Im not receiving the product I paid for.
