Prohibits snapping the ball some plays

I have been using the trial version until the game gets fully released tomorrow. I have had issues where it will randomly not let me snap the ball, regardless of mode or if it’s home or away. It also prohibits me from making any  play adjustments (Ie press the right stick to access the menu). The only way to fix it is to press a bunch of buttons randomly to hope it allows me to snap the ball, and it greatly affects the playing experience, nearly making it unplayable. This is on an Xbox Series S for reference
