Purchased points but never added to my account

I purchased 18,500 ($150) points for ncaa 26 and they never loaded into my account. I reached out to ea support and they told me there is nothing they can do because I purchased them through psn. I clicked in game to purchase the points. I was told to reach out to Psn support and then tried to re direct me to ea. 

The transaction shows complete and I received a transaction number and receipt showing proof of payment. I have provided documentation and each team keeps going me the run around saying there is nothing I can do. It’s the biggest waste of money I have ever spent on a game/add on. If anyone has experienced this issue I would appreciate some assistance.
