Recruiting Hours Disappearing When Reallocating

I'm in an online dynasty. It's week 1, and I'm moving hours around on guys. At one point, the game lagged and glitched and suddenly the 25 hour Friends and Family didn't get assigned to a guy, so I did it again. It cost me 50 hours to assign the one Friends and Family. It did the same thing on a 10 hour DM the Player, costing me 20 hours. 

I have 800 recruiting hours to allocate, and I only have 765 hours allocated—I added up the hours on my board. The 35 hours that glitched when removing the Friends and Family and DM the Player are gone. 

It's week 1, and I haven't scheduled any visits and didn't offer any scholarships.
