Road to Glory Still Not Working

Can anyone please help me. Since I bought the game back in July I have not been able to play Road to glory, Dynasty, or even practice mode without the game crashing half way through the game. I currently play on an Xbox series S and I’m wondering if that’s the issue or if anyone else is still not able to play either. I understand the game has issues, but it has literally been 4 months and I haven’t been able to play a single game. If anyone could let me know if their having the same issue, I would greatly appreciate it.
