RTG Archetype Can’t Get Physical Traits

I created a speedster WR in RTG. I have maxed out Quickness and Elusiveness. My acceleration is 97. In order to get platinum Takeoff I am required to have 98, so it’s impossible. 

Change of direction is 92, and maxed out in elusiveness. To get BRONZE tier shifty I need 94 change of direction. It’s IMPOSSIBLE to even get bronze tier shifty. HUGE miss and I chose that archetype for those two physical abilities
