RTG wear down glitch

I’m in my sophomore year as a QB at Alabama and for some reason my recover button in the health side has disappeared, now I can’t heal my player and his health risk is at high smfh, I don’t understand why yall made a game with so many bugs and still released it to the public, yall are turning into NBA2k right before my eyes
