Server Error

Everytime I try to connect to EA servers on the main menu screen it waits about 15 seconds then says “unable to connect to ea servers try restarting router.” I recently switched to wired connection from wireless, but wireless connection works fine. It’s only when I’m wired it can’t seem to connect, I’ve tried rebooting the router and my Xbox, also tried clearing cache on my Xbox and to no avail. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
