The connection failed (over a month, help!)
My game been crashing giving the connection failed error for the last month and if I try to reach out to EA they just say “oh try the troubleshooting tips” and when they don’t work they either just stop responding or say “we’ll have someone reach out” it’s been a month and still nothing. What kind of company makes this much money on the same game each year and still can figure it the **bleep** out or pay a decent customer service team?
