Thursday patch notes again with nothing to help crashing
When will we get some info? It has been weeks now and we still can’t play. Again, Microsoft denied my refund request. What am I supposed to do?

I'm in year 2 of my Dynasty. No issues year 1, but I can't get a full game in this year without it crashing.
Always after a stoppage.
I've also had my refund request denied, they've literally sold me a product that doesn't work and won't give me my money back.
