Thursday patch notes again with nothing to help crashing
When will we get some info? It has been weeks now and we still can’t play. Again, Microsoft denied my refund request. What am I supposed to do?

The lead developer finally responded to someone's post on Twitter about this and he said he's not seen or heard anything about the issue anywhere. They don't care.
Extremely disheartening man. This forum has had people begging for help for weeks.
