Transfer Portal

Hello EA me and many others request that you make us be allowed to transfer any player in college football dynasty again. 

I request that you bring it back because it adds more chaos to the transfer portal and because say I want to get Jeremiah Smith on my team and I don’t want to be Ohio state I can’t force him to enter transfer portal anymore.

I hope that you will take this into consideration and bring it back please and thank you
