Ultimate team auction problems

When ever I sale a player for coins or training points the game crashes and I no longer have my players or item and am not issued the compensation for the sale on PlayStation

XBOX Controller Not Working

Can’t access lineup in ultimate team
I can play challenges and games even but when I click the lineup to make any adjustment it just says the server doesn’t work and boots me back to the main menu of the entire game.
