Ultimate team issue

PLEASE HELP  I am getting this error message in pic 1 and when I try to go in and update my roster the screen comes back and looks like the second pic   Also my field pass isn’t updating when I go through and play the challenges or anything   I’m a older gentlemen and not very technical so if there more info need please let me know
