Ultimate Team Squads issue

Ive been trying to play this game with my two buddies for weeks and we cant seem to find a match when playing with the three of us. We are all the same rank, and just get the "still searching" message that pops up and sometimes it takes over 20 mins to find a game. This truly needs to be addressed ASAP.
