Unable to play UT

I’m not sure what’s going on. it has to be an issue with my wifi and the game connecting but i can’t figure it out. other EA games work online, but about 2 days ago i just started getting a blank screen when attempting to sign in to ultimate team. it just stays endlessly on this blank screen
