Re: Game Crashing [Info Requested]

Need EA to answer or send out a hot fix to explain or correct the technical issue of game crashing while playing NCAA College Football 26. I've been experiencing this problem for the past week. No other games I play cause this issue. I've literally played an entire game and gotten to the final stats screen three times only for my entire system to shut off, no error code just a complete PS5 shutdown. I play Destiny 2 ( no problem ) Warframe ( no problem) maximum football ( no issue ) Spider-Man ( no problem ) but College Football 26 my PS5 completely shuts off during gameplay. Please fix this issue or start sending out refunds

    I'm having the exact same issue on Xbox One X. All of my online loses are due to the game crashing and resetting my Xbox.

    I’ve been struggling with the same problem, I usually have to wait a couple days to get back on and play. 

    honestly a waste of $75 imo this game is trash. Thanks EA
