Why is game so different in dynasty mode ?

Why is game so different in dynasty mode .  I feel like you guys haven’t fixed blocking, run game , where defender runs sideways a falls down on kickoff, etc…. I feel like cut is fixed is it because you want people spending money in cut just curious?
